well, to be honest about it - i don't really know, as i don't even own a bike any more. common sense, it seems, would say that biking in the snow is rather dangerous. in the rain, i think you'd need to dress in a complete rain suit with a pants clip and including gore-tex sneakers, and it would probably be smart to wipe down your bike after using it. then again, if it's raining hard, given drivers lack of respect for cyclists, i'd stay off the bike in that situaton, as well.
